I say last day for the year because Rotaryfest has become somewhat of a Big Taste Grill tradition over the years. It isn’t any wonder why with great volunteers from the Elk Grove Rotary Club like Billy and Cathy Beaupre. Billy took over the cooking operations on the Big Taste Grill, while his wife Cathy oversaw sales from the Johnsonville serving trailer all week.   Their efforts helped raise an approximate $3,000 for the Elk Grove Rotary Club! As always, it’s great to get the opportunity to raise money for such wonderful organizations in the most fun way imaginable.  Great volunteers like Billy and Cathy combined with great bands like American English (a groovy Beatles cover band) and a friendly community make the Elk Grove Village Rotaryfest a great stop along the Big Taste Grill’s tour.
