It was a typical, busy day on the Big Taste Grill, after all we are selling the world’s best brats off the world’s largest grill! When suddenly there was a huge influx of brat sales. I looked around to see what was happening and that’s when I saw it. A massive throng of people had formed in front of the Big Taste Grill, and they were all staring at something while their jaws resting firmly on the ground .

There was something very big going down in front of the world’s largest grill. A dance crew had slipped into the Capital BBQ Battle and was performing right in front of the Big Taste Grill. We of course didn’t mind one bite . They were the show, and we were the refreshments! The crazy thing is, I saw the exact same set of street performers on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood earlier this year while we were out West. That means they must know wherever the Big Taste Grill is, there are going to be a LOT of people. It makes sense, after all they put on a really good show. In addition to flying flips that clear a group of grown men (see photo) they are comedic and involve the crowd.

After all was said and done I had to feed the performers compliments of Johnsonville, after all they and us, with the The Big Taste Grill had formed a sort of symbiotic dinner and a show.

But wait, it was really hot. And we all needed some ice cold beverages… but I forgot to buy ice… what were we going to do?! Find out on tomorrow’s blog how you keep beverages ice cold on a 65 foot grill that kicks out 440,000 BTU’s  of grilling heat!
