Maintenance Day!

This leg of my journey, as we head to Rockford Illinois for Brat Days, will take me through Chicago, and down to Joliet where I am going to get some much needed maintenance done on the small trailer filled with big flavor. The Johnsonville Serving Trailer is a major component to raising money with the Big Taste Grill, because it is where we sell all of the Johnsonville Brats that are grilled to perfection! Without it well….it just wouldn’t be the same, but we’d probably figure something else out – because nothing stops a 65 foot fundraising grill…
