If there’s anything you can be completely sure there is no shortage of in Lincoln Nebraska, it’s school spirit… and maybe cheese?? While at The Sam’s Club grand opening I stumbled upon this amazingly beautiful cheese carving being created by Sara the cheese carver. And being that Johnsonville is 100% pure Wisconsin goodness, I thought it was appropriate to include this beautiful cheese carving in today’s blog… check out the side of that cheese! There sure are a lot of amazing tasting things coming out of the “Cheese Head” state of Wisconsin.
