The Big Taste Grill was out at the Minyard grocery store today in Dallas, Texas! With an operation that’s 85 feet in length (length of the Big Taste Grill + length of the serving trailer) you really need to have a crew that knows how to think on their feet and to help get the job done right. Those requirements were met and surpassed with today’s charity, “The Men Of Nehemiah.” Before I even had the serving trailer fully setup, the guys were in there asking if I had a broom to help me sweep up some toothpicks had spilled on the floor while in transit from Houston. Then just before we opened, I ran inside for a quick second to take care of something, when I came out, the guys had taken the initiative to start selling the Johnsonville Smoked Beef Brats just as soon as they had come off the grill! These guys were at the top of their game. Congratulations again to The Men Of Nehemiah for getting the job done and raising a bunch of money for your organization!
