Touring the country with the world’s largest grill isn’t all fun, fire, smoke, and games. There are logistics, and laws that we have to navigate in order to be able to grill for great causes. One of the legal items we need to take care of before every event is, we need to make sure to get licensed by the health department in every city that we make a stop. Today, that is what I did.
